Terms of Service
Lavuna is being created. This site is not the product. Today it does two things: it lets you join an early-access list to hear when the first version is ready, and it lets you take part in an anonymous research survey about experiences of dental care.
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not join the list or take part in the survey.
Who these terms are with
This site is operated by Lavuna, a sole trader business creating a dental confidence and preparation service. You can reach us at info@lavuna.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and take effect on 15 September 2026.
What this site currently offers
An early-access list and an anonymous research survey. There is no account, no dashboard, no booking and no dental service available through this site. Nothing here is a contract to supply the Lavuna product.
Joining the early-access list
When you join the early-access list, we add the email address you give us so we can tell you when Lavuna is ready to try. No payment is taken and no card details are collected. It is not a purchase, a subscription or a booking.
We cannot promise that the product will launch, when it will launch, or that everyone on the list will be offered access. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing info@lavuna.com.
Taking part in the research survey
The research survey is voluntary and anonymous. You can skip any question, and you do not have to give an email address to take part. If you choose to leave an email address at the end to be contacted about a research conversation, that is optional and needs you to tick the consent box. How we handle all of this is described in our Privacy notice.
Please share only what you are comfortable sharing, do not submit anyone else's personal details, and do not submit clinical records or anything unlawful or abusive. We may remove submissions that do this.
This is not dental or medical advice
Lavuna does not diagnose anything, does not treat anything and does not replace professional dental or medical advice. If you have pain, swelling, bleeding or any urgent symptom, contact a dentist or your local urgent care service. In England you can also contact NHS 111 for advice on what to do next.

This site is for adults. Please do not use it if you are under 18.
Our content
The Lavuna name, wordmark, text and design on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Availability and liability
This is a pre-launch site provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
As Lavuna is built, these terms will change. We will update them here. Last updated: 15 September 2026.
